My Background in Massage

Having lived in Nova Scotia his entire life, Robert “Dylan” Stewart graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy (CCMH) following completion of the 2280 hour Massage Therapy program.
 
Dylan has a great interest in treating all conditions, especially sports medicine, incorporating a whole-body approach in treatment, and using many modalities and techniques.  He has an interest in addictions and in treating troubled youth.  Dylan's main goal while treating is to focus on the person as a whole and incorporate self-healing into massage. He believes this is how he can help facilitate the patient on their personal healing journey.
 
Dylan has training in Guasha, Cupping Therapy, Indian Head Massage, as well as the Usui branch of Reiki (Shoden), Jadestone Therapy, and experience in other energy-based practices. He is a member in good standing of the Massage Therapists Association of Nova Scotia (MTANS). When he is not busy, he can usually be found studying for exams as a full-time student or teaching as a part-time assistant at Saint Mary's University.
